Augustinergasse 7

The 14th century property is located on the Münsterhügel, in the middle of the historic old town of Basel. The apartment building was converted into a single-family house in the course of the renovation work. A new glass lift was installed in the area of the former atrium between the front and rear buildings to provide access. Despite the partly massive interventions, the existing historical building fabric had to be treated with care in this construction project. This protected building was converted in close and solution-oriented cooperation with the monument preservation authorities.
