Rigi Scheidegg

The 5-cornered wooden house is designed to fit perfectly into the landscape on Rigi Scheidegg. Some stepped terraces reflect the sloping nature of the site. The concrete base anchors the house into the sloping terrain. The play of the facade with windows of different sizes as well as the shifting of the window fronts outwards or inwards allows the house to adapt to its surroundings.
