The courtyard of the front and rear building, which was built in 1835, was built over in the course of the new construction of the neighboring building in the 1970s and integrated into the neighboring furniture store. The renovation plans to reopen the courtyard. By demolishing the roofing, the rear building has now been made visible again and converted into a two-storey apartment, which also includes the newly created secluded courtyard as an outdoor space. The entire building services were renewed in the course of the renovation and the building was adapted to today’s requirements.
