The maisonette was in an outdated condition and needed to be completely renovated. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a bathroom. The basement is reached via the existing spiral staircase, which was renovated. The existing banister and the simple staircase are sculpturally accentuated. A large bathroom and the bedroom are located in the basement. Due to new openings and the removal of the small-scale room structure, the maisonette now appears as a light-flooded, modern apartment
